Spheris will store registered members' transcribed medical records for seven years, or for the term of the Member Agreement, whichever is less.
* Registered members must maintain a minimum of 4,000 transcribed lines per month. If registered member fails to meet the minimum monthly transcribed lines, a charge of $0.01 per line on the difference between the actual transcribed lines and the minimum monthly transcribed lines will be applied.
