  The culture at MMIC focuses on customer service and community involvement. One employee-driven committee, GIVE (Gifts Initiated Via Employees), focuses on local community support and charitable giving. Activities coordinated by GIVE include holiday campaigns, fundraisers, special events and drives for emergency food shelves. Employees are also offered up to one full day of paid volunteer time off per calendar year to participate in a personal volunteer activity.
