At MMIC, we recognize the increasing exposure associated with data privacy.  That’s why we offer Cyber Solutions, a comprehensive insurance program to help protect you and preserve your most valued asset – your reputation.  Effective January 1, 2012, Cyber Solutions is provided at no additional cost to eligible physicians and hospitals as an endorsement to our medical professional liability policy. 

Physicians
Embedded Insurance Solution

Provides $100,000 in comprehensive coverage as an endorsement to the medical professional liability policy for qualifying physicians. Up to $10,000,000 in limits are available.

Eligible policyholders include independently owned and operated physician practices with medical professional liability deductibles less than $250,000.

Hospitals
Embedded Insurance Solution

Provides $100,000 in comprehensive coverage as an endorsement to the medical professional liability policy for qualifying hospitals. Up to $10,000,000 in limits are available.

Eligible policyholders include hospitals with revenues of less than $250 million and medical professional liability deductibles less than $250,000.

 

Individual Policies
‘A la carte Insurance Solution

Provides comprehensive coverage as a separate insurance policy for policyholders that do not qualify for the embedded programs.

Coverage is provided on a surplus lines basis through Underwriters at Lloyd's, London.
