Mike Flicker, MBA, Consultant from MMIC Health IT

Mike Flicker is a member of the MMIC Health IT team. He has over 25 years of experience in the health care field as administrator of rural multispecialty clinics; as a managed care contracting manager, and with another regional consulting firm focusing on operational efficiency and physician compensation planning. Within Health IT, he recently coordinated a go-live effort of a multi specialty clinic utilizing a hospital based EHR solution. Mike has presented at regional and national conferences on topics ranging from EHR implementation to creating rural hospital/physician partnerships. In 2010, he was a member of the MN Dept of Human Services Health Care Home Payment Methodology Steering Committee. He has an MBA in Health Care from St. Thomas University.
