Antibiotic Awareness Week November 13-19WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2017
U.S. Antibiotic Awareness Week is a key component of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) efforts to improve antibiotic stewardship in communities and in health care facilities to reduce harm from antibiotic resistant bacterial infections.
This is a good time to review and improve the antibiotic stewardship program in your clinic, hospital or senior living organization. CDC provides resources for outpatient settings, hospitals and nursing homes.
