Description: This is the fourth in a series of special webinars aimed at health care professionals that explores how to improve health care workplace culture by increasing healthy behaviors and eliminating harmful behaviors. There is an epidemic of stress and burnout in the US medical provider population. This is an issue that has far-reaching impact. It affects health care safety and patient care, in addition to employee satisfaction. The underlying contributors to this epidemic will be reviewed, as well as a variety of techniques, programs, and resources to promote healing among our clinicians.
